For $75 a month, you have access to everything at the brokerage. That means full-time front desk staff ,working full hours to type your offers and broker load your listings. You also have closing rooms, computer work areas, training, parking, photocopying, and everything else you need to carry on your business at your disposal. There are absolutely no other hidden costs, and our fees will never go up!
WE TRAIN THE HECK OUT OF YOU
We have regularly scheduled trainings three times a week, with three different trainers, in the daytime and the evening… all to accommodate your hectic schedule so that you don’t have an excuse not to learn! We understand that the only way we make money is if you close deals, so we are committed to helping you bag more transactions!
SERIOUS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Every agent in the brokerage has emails and cell numbers for the Broker Of Record, the General Manager, and the Office Manager. We regularly field calls late at night when you’re doing offers so that you can get your deal done! Managers are required to practice an open-door policy at the office and are committed to serving you and your real estate needs!
